In 2008 Jos Dobbe has set up Active Interest BV in Noordwijk in order to focus on the acquisition of retail property on A1 locations throughout the Netherlands. He aims to establish his own real-estate portfolio. Most attention will be paid to the acquisition of retail property in cities of over 100,000 inhabitants, although acquisitions in smaller towns will not be ruled out. Since 1989 Jos has worked in the real-estate business.
